To act as a Casual Sports Coach for Trowbridge Town Council; leading and coaching inclusive, fun and engaging activities that help people of all ages to change their behaviour and maintain physically active lifestyles.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary duties of the role include:
- To provide inclusive fun and engaging care for children whilst inspiring them to explore their interests
- Assist with the structured planning and delivery of activities with a ‘whole child’ approach. This includes a wide range of activities such as multi sports, games, arts & crafts, creative, downtime and structured play
- To be professional, enthusiastic and passionate, ensuring children in our care have a positive experience
- To create a safe environment for children by authentically and professionally communicating with all team members, parents and children
- Can problem solve in a professional and positive manner
- To follow policies and procedures to ensure we provide high quality services
- To cross promote our services to new customers and build rapports with existing clients
- Undertake other ad hoc general tasks on behalf of the management team as required
