We are looking for a salaried GP to join our large, friendly doctor team for 6 - 8 sessions per week. Start date is negotiable. We are a dynamic, progressive, modern general practice in the county town of Wiltshire with over 30,000 registered patients. Our large size enables us to be flexible employers. We have two sites, and you would be required to work across both. We provide a caring and supportive environment for all our staff and benefit from a well-used doctors administration room and the fact that we are a long-established training practice.

Job responsibilities

  • Consultations - carry out patient consultations either face to face or using agreed technologies.
  • Participate in the duty doctor role, based on fair share system.
  • Undertake home visits as required.
  • Manage own patient related administration tasks including referrals, results, patient queries, and investigations.
  • Attend practice meetings.
  • Keep up to date with all training requirements.

Experience

  • Essential Experience of working in a Primary Care environment.
  • Experience of ongoing CPD.

  • Essential Qualified GP.

  • Full GMC registration.

  • Eligibility to practice in the UK independently.
