Trova is a recruitment agency built for the tech and digital world with a focus on ERP Technologies (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Salesforce, Infor and others). We're based in Waterloo, we move fast, and we hold ourselves to a high bar on the quality of our placements, our client relationships, and the effort we put in every day.
The role is for someone who wants to build something. You'll own a portfolio of client accounts, develop new relationships across international markets, and work on tech and digital briefs that require real expertise and real effort. There's autonomy here — but it comes with the expectation that you use it to deliver.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts across the tech and digital space
- Working with international clients and navigating the complexity that comes with cross-border recruitment
- Running end-to-end recruitment processes: briefing, sourcing, screening, presenting, closing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Helping mentor junior members of the team as Trova continues to grow
What we're looking for:
- 3–4 years of recruitment experience minimum, ideally in tech or digital
- Someone who doesn't clock-watch, takes pride in doing things properly, and brings energy to the team rather than drawing from it
You’ll stand out if you:
- Have a strong track record in account management and client retention
- Are experienced working with international customers and understand what that demands
- Have a reputation for being the person who gets things done
