We are seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our London-based team, specialising in ERP systems recruitment. This role is ideal for a senior consultant who combines strong billing capability with the ability to build and lead strategic client relationships in the ERP market.
You will focus on recruiting across Oracle, SAP, and/or Microsoft ERP ecosystems, working with clients on permanent and/or contract roles across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, manage, and grow a high-value client portfolio within the ERP technology space
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft ERP roles
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insight and talent strategy guidance
- Proactively source, engage, and manage senior ERP professionals
- Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Manage complex recruitment processes and negotiate offers and contracts
- Mentor junior consultants where appropriate and contribute to team performance
- Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, ideally within ERP or enterprise technology (At least 4 / 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and related roles
- Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
- Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Fluency in French, German, or Italian is highly desirable
- Ability to work with multilingual candidates and international clients across Europe
- Based in London
- Hybrid working model with flexibility (3 / 4 days a week in the office in Waterloo / Hatton Garden)
