We are supporting a global organisation on the continued evolution of their D365 platform and are looking for a D365 Continuous Improvement Consultant to support upgrades, new functionality reviews, sandbox testing, and continuous optimisation across the business.
The role will focus on reviewing Microsoft release waves, investigating new D365 functionality, proposing business use cases, supporting upgrades, and helping improve adoption and operational efficiency across a global D365 environment. The environment is primarily focused on D365 SCM, Distribution, Logistics and Advanced Warehouse Management within a multi-country rollout landscape including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Japan and China.
Key experience required:
- Strong D365 F&O / SCM experience
- Experience with upgrades, release management or continuous improvement initiatives
- Sandbox testing / UAT experience
- Strong Supply Chain, Distribution and Warehouse process knowledge
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and implementation partners
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Manufacturing exposure is beneficial long term, although the current focus is more heavily weighted towards distribution and logistics.
