We are experiencing rapid growth at Trova and are looking to add a talented Senior ERP Recruitment Consultant to our London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, driven individuals who want to be part of a business with a clear vision: to become the leading ERP recruitment firm across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for ERP roles (ideally within Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of hiring needs and business objectives.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of ERP positions, including both functional and technical roles.
- Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of ERP professionals.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Manage offer negotiations and oversee the closing process with both clients and candidates.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to overall team performance.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in ERP or IT recruitment, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
- Established network within the ERP talent market (ideally Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent roles.
