We’re growing fast at Trova, and we’re looking for a highly driven, organised, and ambitious Office Manager / PA to work directly with the Director and help power the next phase of our growth. This isn’t a traditional admin role. It’s a central position in a high-performance recruitment business, where you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting leadership, improving operations, and helping the team operate at the highest level. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running the Office
  • Take full ownership of day-to-day office operations
  • Keep the environment organised, efficient, and high-energy
  • Manage suppliers, systems, and everything that keeps the business running smoothly
  • Working Directly with the Director
    • Manage an ever-changing diary, meetings, and priorities
    • Act as a gatekeeper and key point of contact
    • Support with travel, planning, and high-impact tasks
    • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Supporting the Recruitment Team
    • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
    • Help maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
    • Liaise with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless process
    • Support consultants with admin so they can focus on billing
  • Driving the Business Forward
    • Build strong internal and external relationships
    • Support reporting, tracking, and performance visibility
    • Help improve processes and drive efficiency across the business
    • Get involved in team initiatives, events, and culture

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in an Office Manager, PA, or similar fast-paced role
    • Highly organised, proactive, and able to stay one step ahead
    • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
    • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
    • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
    • Driven, ambitious, and comfortable in a performance-focused environment

    Bonus Points If You Have

    • Experience in recruitment or a sales environment
    • Experience supporting senior leadership or founders
    • Exposure to CRM systems or business reporting
