We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a greenfield Oracle Cloud HCM implementation across multiple countries. This is a hands-on role leading the change workstream from the ground up - we need someone with deep, recent Oracle HCM experience, not just generic HR transformation delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end change management workstream, developing strategy, stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
  • Conduct impact assessments, design and deliver training, and work with country leads to localise the approach.
  • Track readiness and adoption across all geographies throughout the rollout.

What we're looking for:

  • Recent Oracle Cloud HCM experience
  • Strong knowledge of the HCM module landscape
  • Proven delivery on large-scale, multi-country HR transformations
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
