Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion Payroll Trainer to support a major Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation through the final stages of delivery and into go-live.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training to payroll teams and key business users, ensuring they are confident and fully prepared to operate Oracle Fusion Payroll ahead of the

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programmes for Oracle Fusion Payroll users.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, process documentation and supporting resources.
- Deliver classroom‑based and/or virtual training sessions as required.
- Train payroll teams, HR users, managers and other relevant business stakeholders.
- Translate Oracle Fusion Payroll functionality into clear, practical business processes.
- Support training needs analysis and identify knowledge gaps.
- Work closely with the Payroll, HR, IT and implementation teams to ensure training reflects the final system configuration.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and incorporate feedback into training materials.
- Provide additional support and floor‑walking during the go‑live period.
- Help ensure users are confident with key payroll processes before November go‑live.
- Support post‑go‑live knowledge transfer and early‑life support as required.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as an
- Oracle Fusion Payroll Trainer/Consultant/SME
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of
- Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Previous experience delivering training as part of an Oracle Fusion implementation or transformation programme.
- Experience creating training materials and user documentation.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and the impact of system changes on end users.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with a wide range of business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced project environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in the South East when required.
