The opportunity

Who we’re looking for:
- Academic achievement: Strong technical academic background; Master’s in for example Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Business Administration.
- Language: Strong proficiency of business English and local language.
- Professional experience and passion: Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration or manufacturing environments.
- Global mobility and adaptability: Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities. Flexibility and ability to adapt to different cultures, helping our operations around the world.

We offer a special 18-month program, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas. The program is designed to help you fully develop yourself on a personal and professional level by understanding our end-to-end supply chain processes, including the interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas. You will gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Opcos.
Local hiring company - home location
You will spend the first six months at your home location gaining on-the-job experience with a real-life job, learning about key supply chain processes, systems, respective goods and services and dataflows. In parallel, you will also start to develop your personal network in a collaborative environment.
Plant and Opco locations
After the first six months working from your home location, you will spend several months in some of our international plants and locations. The focus here will be on gaining additional perspectives and learning about the day-to-day operational and strategic challenges. At this point, you may identify potential improvements to help us along in our continuous drive for optimisation.
Each rotation starts with a Skills Development Academy week focused on job-specific learning and personal development. You will also meet your fellow global Young Professionals and benefit from a wide range of trainings and events.
During all the phases of your traineeship, you will work as part of the Supply Chain team on a challenging position, global project, operational business tasks and attend several training courses. This combination of on-the-job, projects, training and international experience will provide you with excellent skills and give you a solid head start on your career.
