Join Trouw Nutrition GB as a Customer Service Representative at our Belfast site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. About the Role – Ensure Excellent Customer Service for Animal Feeding Products

  • Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams including planning, production, and finance to resolve queries and prioritize orders.
  • Track order progress and update customers as required.
  • Support the customer service team in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Manager and peers to ensure team objectives are met.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within animal feeding or related industries.
  • Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive, curious, and independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a quick learner who can prioritize effectively and thrives in a friendly, approachable, and team-oriented environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Availability for very occasional travel within Ireland and the UK.

Work Model: On-site position.
