Job responsibilities include:
- Event Coordination – assist with organisation of conferences, trade shows and webinars.
- Marketing Materials and Content Creation – Working with the technical sales team and the external graphic design agency to produce and update marketing materials such as brochures, product data sheets, and sourcing promotional items.
- Digital Marketing – Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current and relevant. Implement email marketing campaigns. Post content on the company's social media platforms.
- Campaign Planning and Execution – Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Brand Consistency – Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Marketing Spend and Budget Tracking – Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring expenditures are within the allocated limits.
- Market Analysis – Conduct research such as surveys to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Performance Tracking – Collate information and data into reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Training and Mentoring:
Between on the job mentoring and your college work you will learn about planning marketing campaigns and digital marketing techniques (websites, email and social media). You will also learn about marketing concepts and theories including:
- Marketing planning
- Brands and corporate reputation
- Stakeholder and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Customer behaviour

What you’ll need:
