Your Role & Responsibilities As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will: Develop & Implement Policies Establish and maintain best practices for safe, compliant, and cost-effective warehouse and logistics operations. Oversee Inventory & Stock Management Ensure accuracy, space utilization, and effective stock control to meet business needs. Manage Logistics & Distribution Optimize transportation and distribution networks to ensure efficient and timely delivery. Lead & Develop the Team Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring collaboration, training, and accountability. Drive Continuous Improvement Utilize lean methodologies and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency. What Were Looking For Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar warehouse/logistics leadership role, managing both 3PL providers and own fleet operations. Education: A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is an advantage. Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while fostering a culture of collaboration. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions.
