The Logistics Manager manages the warehousing and (inbound, internal and outbound) logistics function of the OpCo, to ensure safe, efficient and effective warehousing and distribution processes to optimally support the OpCos production and delivery of products to customers according to the agreed standards and time frames. What Youll Do: Your key responsibilities will be to: Develop and maintain policies and procedures for safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations. Oversee inventory accuracy, stock management, and space utilization. Manage logistics, transportation, and distribution to meet customer demands. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Work with colleagues across the business and Atlantic region Drive performance improvement through lean practices and supply chain best practices. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal regulations. Who You Are: You are, proactive, manager with strong experience of hands on leadership in warehouse and logistics environment. You have strong organisational and communication skills, are self-motivated, and excel in driving continuous improvement. Demonstrable experience (ideally 5 years) in a similar position, with experience of working with both 3PL and own fleet. Degree qualified in logistics or supply chain management would be an advantage. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
