We are looking for an Asset Management Consultant to provide technical building services expertise and advice on asset maintenance and replacement across a variety of projects and sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of asset and lifecycle data covering all building services, including HVAC, electrical systems, heating, and water systems.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team as an integral part of a nationwide asset management team.
  • Travel across the UK as required to support clients nationwide.
  • Maintain and update asset records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Full DBS and security checks required.
  • Experience in building services and asset maintenance, with a strong understanding of lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK, with two roles available – one in Leeds and one in London.
