We are looking for an Asset Management Consultant to provide technical building services expertise and advice on asset maintenance and replacement across a variety of projects and sectors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of asset and lifecycle data covering all building services, including HVAC, electrical systems, heating, and water systems.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team as an integral part of a nationwide asset management team.
- Travel across the UK as required to support clients nationwide.
- Maintain and update asset records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for decision‑making.
Requirements
- Full DBS and security checks required.
- Experience in building services and asset maintenance, with a strong understanding of lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
