Our operating layer runs on Big Query, our first agents ship this quarter with our build partner, and the model is simple: a small team, serious volume, and machines doing the coordination.

In this team, the people who use a workflow own it.

You'll build and run your own agents: the PO chasers, the WIP trackers, the replenishment drafts.

You won't wait for someone to build them for you.

Reporting to our COO, you own the physical world end to end: three factories, four warehouse nodes, every channel we sell through.

Product moving and available is your call, and so is what it costs us to get there.

What You'll Do

• Own the relationships that keep product moving: our three factories, four 3PLs and Flexport. Capacity, lead times, quality standards, commercial terms.
• Convert the unit plan into reality: POs, capacity bookings and delivery schedules, allocation at origin across the four warehouse nodes, and fulfilment SLAs held across B2C, B2B and corporate.
• Own production timelines from the sealed-sample gate onward, and be the single source of truth on availability: marketing and sales always know what's landing where, and when.
• Own the ops cost line, managed down, not just watched: freight, warehousing and shipping economics. Own supply chain compliance, including our B Corp requirements.
• Build and maintain your own agents on our data layer, and work with the COO on the next version of how operations runs.

Who You Are

• AI-curious with proof you learn fast: you've automated real work before, or you can show us you'd be building your own agents within a quarter.
• 5+ years operating across a physical goods, omnichannel business in the $5m to $40m range: several of production, freight and logistics, inventory planning, marketplaces including FBA, wholesale and international.
• You've owned factory and supplier relationships firsthand, and set inventory and allocation strategy yourself, not watched someone else do it.
• An operator and a strategist. You build standards and relationships that last, and you're not too senior to place the PO.
• A genuine second in command: you take a whole operational load off the COO and own it end to end.
• Based in or able to work from London (Fitzrovia).
