Troubadour in London seeks a hands-on lifecycle marketer to own the Klaviyo programme, managing post-purchase flows, referrals and top-customer engagement across email and SMS. You will know the brand’s best customers by name, run feedback sessions, and shape how we interact with them.

You’ll work inside our Growth function with the Head of Growth and the Community & Social Lead to drive repeat orders, retention, and early access to launches, while using our AI-driven Customer Intelligence.
