Join us. We're still building. We make bags and accessories for the people building the future. Engineers, founders, designers, makers. People in the arena, doing the work, often without proof. We're building the future too, in our own way. We're looking for a copywriter who cares about words the way we care about shoulder straps. Someone who can hold our brand voice across product pages, campaigns, performance, and launches. Someone who can write a paid ad that converts and a brand line that lasts. You write plain. You write specific. You can be funny without trying too hard. You hold a high bar. And you write copy that stops a scroll, pulls people in, and makes them want to be part of what we are building.

What You'll Do

  • Brand Narrative & Voice: Own and evolve our brand voice across every touchpoint. Hold a clear, consistent narrative across the brand. Translate product design, materials, and innovation into stories people actually want to read. Build messaging frameworks that scale across campaigns, launches, and channels. Write organic social copy that sounds like us.
  • E-commerce & Conversion Copy: Write copy that converts across product pages, landing pages, and the website. Turn technical features into benefits people actually want. Refine relentlessly to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue. Partner with e-commerce and growth on the full user journey.
  • Performance Marketing: Write copy for paid social, email, and performance campaigns across platforms. Test, iterate, and improve creative performance with the growth team. Apply a testing mindset. Use data and insight to make the next piece sharper. Balance brand consistency with what each channel actually needs.
  • Campaigns & Launches: Lead the words behind major brand moments, including product launches and seasonal campaigns. Concept and execute integrated messaging across channels. Hold consistency and quality across all campaign outputs.
  • Collaboration & Workflow: Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, CRM, and product teams. Manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping any. Contribute to a culture of high standards, clarity, and getting better.

Who You're

  • You have 3 to 6 years of copywriting experience, ideally at premium DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • You have proven experience in e-commerce and conversion optimisation. Essential.
  • You understand what drives performance, not just what sounds good.
  • You have written across performance channels: paid social, email, landing pages.
  • You can balance brand storytelling with commercial impact.
  • You have a track record of improving conversion, engagement, or revenue through copy.
  • You write with clarity, precision, and a strong sense of tone.
  • You read your drafts out loud.
  • You take pride in the lines no one notices because they just work.
  • You're proactive, collaborative, and thrive when the pace picks up.

Tools You’ll Use:

  • Figma (for collaboration with design)
  • Asana for project management (or similar)
  • Google Workspace, Slack
