What You’ll Do
- Brand
- Own brand strategy across every channel and market, ensuring a unified story and voice.
- Partner directly with the CEO and Creative Director on creative, content, and campaigns.
- Own performance marketing across paid social, paid search, affiliate, email/SMS, SEO, and Amazon, setting strategy and holding partners accountable.
- Define acquisition and retention, building LTV and CAC for sustainable growth.
- Ensure every brand touchpoint reflects who we are and supports performance strategies.
- Leverage AI for faster creative, sharper personalization, and better insights.
- Commercial
- Own top‑line revenue across DTC and Amazon.
- Build channel‑specific strategies that balance growth, profitability, and brand.
- Use unit economics to make fast, confident investment decisions.
- Partner with Product and Operations on merchandising, pricing, and promotion decisions.
- Create a channel flywheel that compounds into self‑sustaining growth.
