The predicted salary is between 31200 - 46800 £ per year.
Due to planned staff retirement and continued growth, we are looking to recruit a full-time experienced butcher to work in our farm shop. We specialise in our own Free Range Pork and locally sourced Beef & Lamb. We pride ourselves in full carcass butchery and production of sausages and pies.
We are looking for someone who will work closely with the owners to drive sales and expand our range of value-added products. There is scope for personal growth and for your own creativity to shine. There is opportunity for the right person to take on a leadership role within the business.
The successful candidate should ideally have a minimum of 3 years in retail butchery, be highly motivated, and take pride in their work. The job will entail full carcass butchery, setting up and maintaining of shop display, and fulfilling the customers' needs.
The successful applicant must have the following skills:

The job is based on approx 40-45 hrs/week, over 5 days (includes weekend work). Competitive salary based on age and experience. 28 days paid holiday. Workplace pension scheme.
