Who We’re Looking For
- Passion for customer service and delivering a high-quality client experience
- 1+ years of experience in scheduling, reservations, call-centre, or coordination roles
- Confident, friendly communicator with a professional phone presence
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems or CRM tools is an asset
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Schedule: Full-Time; Permanent
Compensation: $23 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Customer Communication: Deliver professional, courteous service through inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, and manage service appointments using dealership systems
- Information Management: Accurately gather customer details, vehicle concerns, and service requirements
- Follow-Up & Feedback: Conduct post-service follow-ups, document notes, and share insights with Service leadership
- Campaign Support: Assist with outbound service campaigns, recalls, and maintenance reminders in compliance with CASL guidelines
- Coordination: Work closely with the Service Advisors and management team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Customer Experience: Support a seamless, luxury service journey from first contact to follow-up
