Joining Genesis Langley, part of Trotman Auto Group, recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, we are seeking a Finance Manager to guide customers through vehicle financing and protection products, collaborating with lenders, and ensuring compliance and a seamless customer experience.

Schedule: Full‑time

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (commission based)

Responsibilities:

  • Present and close vehicle financing and insurance products
  • Explain dealership policies, aftermarket products, and financing options
  • Ensure full financial disclosure and accurate contracts and bills of sale
  • Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms
  • Process finance applications and ensure compliance with regulatory and dealership standards
  • Prepare, package, and manage documentation required for vehicle delivery and trade‑in liens
  • Support sales consultants with deal structuring, participate in sales meetings, and train team members on finance and lease programs

Qualifications:

  • 1‑2 years of experience in automotive financial services with a proven track record of success
  • Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
  • Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
  • Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar
