Who We’re Looking For
- Passion for cars, customer service, and delivering a premium experience
- Previous experience as a Junior Service Advisor, Service Advisor Assistant, or in a related automotive customer‑facing role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and dealership DMS systems (PBS, CDK, Keyloop/Serti, or similar)
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow into a senior advisory role
Schedule: Full‑Time; Permanent
Compensation: $23 per hour + Commission
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Customer Service: Welcome customers, listen to concerns, and ensure a smooth service experience from check‑in to pick‑up
- Inspections & Estimates: Assist with multi‑point inspections and prepare accurate quotes using dealership systems
- Warranty Support: Verify warranty coverage and clearly explain terms, coverage, and exclusions to customers
- Communication & Follow‑Up: Maintain regular communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on vehicle status
- Maintenance Recommendations: Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition, service history, and customer needs
- Administrative Support: Assist senior Service Advisors with documentation, follow‑ups, and service coordination
- Customer Experience: Uphold Genesis brand standards by delivering a professional, attentive, and personalized service experience
