Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service or business development role is preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and build relationships
  • Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to document and manage customer interactions accurately
  • Proficiency with MS Office and general computer systems
  • Valid BC Class 5 or 7 driver’s license with a clean abstract

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide a high level of service both over the phone and online
  • Gather customer concerns, identify service needs, and communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Generate service appointments by following retention and business development programs
  • Provide accurate estimates and communicate service details clearly to customers
  • Conduct post‑service follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
  • Support email and mail campaigns, including follow‑up with customers
  • Stay up to date on manufacturer maintenance schedules, recalls, and service recommendations
