Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate about cars and customer service
- Expertise in automotive repair, maintenance, and providing quality service
- Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Red Seal Certification an asset, BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract required
- Strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, proficient with diagnostic tools and technology
- Pride in workmanship, confidence in abilities, desire to exceed customer expectations
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: Flat Rate $40-$50/hr + Production Bonus (dependent on experience)
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnosing Issues: Identify the source of malfunctions and determine what repairs or maintenance is needed.
- Safety Inspections: Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and perform road tests when needed.
- Communication: Clearly explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
- Compliance: Follow provincial and company policies and safety regulations.
