Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about cars and customer service
  • 1+ years experience as an automotive service advisor or related role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g. PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS)
  • Strong communication, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$90,000-$130,000 per year

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs
  • Inspections and Quotes: Perform thorough multi-point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software
  • Warranty and Contracts: Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers
  • Communication and Follow-Up: Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status
  • Maintenance Recommendations: Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history
