Who We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of recent experience in automotive financial services with a proven track record of success
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM tools such as DealerSocket or similar
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate financing options clearly
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Schedule: Full‑Time; Permanent
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 (Commission Based)
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Customer Interaction: Present and close financing and insurance products professionally and in a customer‑focused manner
- Financial Disclosure: Thoroughly disclose financial details, product information, and prepare accurate contracts and bills of sale
- Lender Relations: Work with lending institutions, maintain strong relationships, and secure competitive financing terms
- Documentation: Prepare and package all documents required for vehicle delivery, including paperwork for trade‑in liens
- Sales Support: Assist sales consultants with deal structuring, participate in sales meetings, and train the team on finance and lease programs
- Compliance: Ensure all financing transactions follow regulatory, legal, and dealership compliance standards
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service throughout the delivery process and beyond
