Who We’re Looking For:
- Passion for vehicles and delivering quality workmanship
- Strong attention to detail with a pride‑of‑ownership mindset
- 6+ months of professional automotive detailing experience
- Motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
- Reliable, safety‑conscious, and team‑oriented
Schedule: Full‑Time; Permanent
Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 per year
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and deodorizing
- Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to identify areas requiring attention and ensure quality standards are met
- Operate detailing equipment such as buffers, vacuums, steamers, and pressure washers while following safety protocols
- Apply protective treatments including waxes, polishes, and interior fabric protectants
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area
- Follow all safety guidelines when working with chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Support the sales and service teams by ensuring vehicles are presentation‑ready
