Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of recent experience as an Auto Body/Collision Estimator
- ICBC estimating experience is required
- Strong technical knowledge of collision repairs and parts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and DMS/CRM systems (PBS, CDK, MPI or similar)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Schedule: Full-Time; Permanent
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate collision repair estimates for customers and insurance partners
- Inspect vehicles, document damage, and determine required repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
- Create repair orders and update files in DMS/estimating systems
- Review estimates, invoices, and final repairs with customers
- Coordinate towing, insurance requirements, and repair timelines
- Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and vehicle intake procedures
- Perform visual inspections before and after repairs for accuracy
