Who We’re Looking For
Passionate about cars and customer service
Expertise in diesel automotive repair, maintenance, and providing quality service
Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
Red Seal Certification is an asset but not required and BC Class 5 driver\’s license with a clean abstract.
Ford Certified Diesel experience an asset
Strong background in Diesel automotive repair and maintenance, proficient with diagnostic tools and technology
Pride in workmanship, confidence in abilities, desire to exceed customer expectations
Schedule: Full-Time; Mon-Fri OR Tues-Sat 8:30am to 5:00pm
Compensation: Flat Rate $39-$45/hr (dependent on experience) + Production Bonus
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Diesel Vehicle Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnosing Issues: Identify the source of malfunctions and determine what repairs or maintenance is needed.
- Safety Inspections: Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and perform road tests when needed.
- Communication: Clearly explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
- Compliance: Follow provincial and company policies and safety regulations.
