Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about sales and customer service
  • 3+ years experience in Fleet & Lease Manager Experience (Ford Experience an Asset)
  • Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver\'s license with a clean abstract.
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation Potential: $120,000-$150,000 / annually

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Fleet Program Oversight: Manage commercial leasing and fleet programs including corporate accounts, service loaners, and demonstrator vehicles.
  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor vehicle availability and ensure timely updates to internal teams to support efficient fleet utilization and turnover.
  • Commercial Growth & Relationship Management: Develop new commercial leasing and fleet opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and fleet partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report fleet sales metrics, analyze performance against targets, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Product Knowledge & Compliance: Stay current on vehicle specs, leasing options, and industry trends to support internal operations and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
