Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of recent experience as an Auto Body/Collision Estimator
  • ICBC estimating experience is required
  • Strong technical knowledge of collision repairs and parts
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and DMS/CRM systems (PBS, CDK, MPI or similar)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Organized, detail‐oriented, and able to work in a fast‐paced environment

Schedule: Full-Time; Permanent

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

What You'll Do

  • Prepare accurate collision repair estimates for customers and insurance partners
  • Inspect vehicles, document damage, and determine required repairs
  • Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
  • Create repair orders and update files in DMS/estimating systems
  • Review estimates, invoices, and final repairs with customers
  • Coordinate towing, insurance requirements, and repair timelines
  • Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and vehicle intake procedures
  • Perform visual inspections before and after repairs for accuracy
