Who We're Looking For

  • Passion for cars, customer service, and delivering a premium experience
  • Previous experience as a Junior Service Advisor, Service Advisor Assistant, or in a related automotive customer‐facing role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‐building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, service‐driven environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and dealership DMS systems (PBS, CDK, Keyloop/Serti, or similar)
  • Organized, detail‐oriented, and motivated to grow into a senior advisory role

Schedule: Full‐Time; Permanent

Compensation: $23 per hour + Commission

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Customer Service: Welcome customers, listen to concerns, and ensure a smooth service experience from check‐in to pick‐up
  • Inspections & Estimates: Assist with multi‐point inspections and prepare accurate quotes using dealership systems
  • Warranty Support: Verify warranty coverage and clearly explain terms, coverage, and exclusions to customers
  • Communication & Follow‐Up: Maintain regular communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on vehicle status
  • Maintenance Recommendations: Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition, service history, and customer needs
  • Administrative Support: Assist senior Service Advisors with documentation, follow‐ups, and service coordination
  • Customer Experience: Uphold Genesis brand standards by delivering a professional, attentive, and personalized service experience
