Role Overview - The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, and continuous improvement of all warehouses, inventory, and logistics operations. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of goods whilst maintaining excellent service levels for both UK and international customers. The post holder will be accountable for inventory accuracy, operational performance, warehouse systems, transport management, labour planning, and budget control. They will drive operational excellence through process improvement, team development, and effective resource management while ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, security, and regulatory requirements. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will contribute to the development and execution of business strategy, supporting continued growth and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience - You will have proven experience and achievement in leading Warehouse & Logistics Operations including managing inventory control, stock accuracy, implementing improvements & efficiencies, and budget management. A proven people leader and motivator with effective decision-making and prioritisation skills, you will communicate & engage at all levels, have demonstrable commercial awareness, and be results orientated.
