We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team, supporting across the finance, operations, supply chain and procurement professions. You will play a key role in supporting two Directors by sourcing and engaging candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our database.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as required.

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer‑facing roles is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
