HR Advisor | Haslingden | up to £40,000 | Permanent An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor has arisen within a PE-backed manufacturer and provider of innovative products, systems, and services.
Role
Summary: Working alongside the Head of HR and HR Assistant, the HR Advisor will join a proactive People function that supports their teams, adds value to the business and strives to make the company a great place to work.
Job
Duties: Advise managers on HR matters including recruitment, performance, employee relations and development.
Manage the full recruitment process, from advertising vacancies through to onboarding new starters.
Support managers with absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases.
Develop, update and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment law.
Deliver HR training and guidance to managers to promote consistent best practice.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, internal communications and company events.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support and deliver HR projects aligned with business objectives.

CIPD qualification – level 5 or working towards.
What’s on offer: Salary up to £40,000 33 days annual leave inc. bank holidays Pension scheme (4.5% employer and 3.5% employee) Employee discounts and perks Hybrid working options (4:1 split, after 6-12 months)
Hours: 39 hours/week with flexible start times between 7.00am–9.30am and finish times between 4.00pm-7.00pm.
You will have the opportunity to work condensed hours in the week for an early Friday finish (2.30pm)
