Trostan Dene is seeking an Associate (Lawyer) in Leveraged Finance / Private Credit to join its London finance practice. The role focuses on lender-side leveraged finance, high yield debt and private credit, advising financial institutions, sponsors and funds on complex cross-border transactions.
You will work with a leading partner group, draft and negotiate financing documents, manage transaction processes from inception to completion, and develop expertise across syndicated lending.
