The team is recognised as a prominent adviser within the private capital market, acting for fund sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors across a broad range of investment strategies. The practice advises on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds across multiple asset classes, including:

The team acts for clients ranging from emerging managers launching first-time funds through to established international institutions and asset managers.
