Reporting into the COO, you will manage the reporting lines of Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Technical totaling 70 people. Key duties include:
- Maximizing quality, productivity, efficiency and focus on customer delivery and quality requirements.
- Utilize best practice techniques.
- Create an ongoing process to review and monitor methods to improve quality and efficiencies, including Lean Manufacturing & Best Practice techniques.
- Monthly reporting and budget development.
- Monitoring to ensure compliance with Environmental requirements.
- Managing Health, Safety and welfare of employees to create and manage a safe working environment.
You will be a Senior Manufacturing Operations professional with a demonstrable track record of leading successful manufacturing operations and delivering key strategic objectives. Your management experience will include responsibility for leading and delivering high performance across Production, Engineering and Supply Chain functions. With a Lean / CI skill set alongside successful career to date delivery across HS&E, you will be a passionate people leader who engages and motivates direct reports ensuring all parties are aligned in manufacturing operations objectives.
