Billing Analyst Chorley (hybrid/remote) £28k Permanent

The Role
Trostan Dene are supporting a technology service provider in Chorley in finding a Billing Analyst to support the Billing Manager in delivering accurate data reporting to their customers and internal stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and meeting monthly deadlines.
- Input and maintain billing data within the Ability system.
- Check and resolve billing discrepancies, escalating issues when required.
- Deal with internal and customer billing queries.
- Load, reconcile and validate supplier CDRs, challenging inaccuracies.
- Work with the billing system provider on system updates, loaders and issues.
- Maintain tariffs, destination tables and other billing system information.
- Produce customer reports and support revenue assurance, system testing and ad hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a billing role (ideally telecoms or energy)
- Experience in a fast-paced business environment
- High level of integrity, attention to detail and accuracy
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000
- Hybrid working (Tues and Thurs from home)
- Working hours 8.45am - 5.30pm (40 hours) - reduced hours will be considered
