This Manufacturing business has been steadily growing with high value long term contracts, consistently year on year and are currently operating close to a 50m TO. They are part of a wider large group with strong financial backing and hence have enhanced and very attractive the benefits, but they have retained their local family feel to the business. These factors combined result in a high retention rate and a happy collaborative workforce. They design, manufacture, construct and service which brings complexity to the accounts function and an interesting Management Accountant Job. This role will support the Finance Director in producing the monthly management accounts working to strict deadlines. You will be heavily involved in analysis to support actionable insights to the appropriate operational staff, whilst collating and delivering month-end reports, reconciliations, and management data, that is accurate, reliable, and comprehendible to non-finance people. This role will involve accounting for the stock and work in progress, so it is imperative you have manufacturing experience.
