This impressive Manufacturer has won multiple awards and has a well-known name locally, with multiple sites. They have a very strong, experienced Finance team that works significantly well together, led by a valued and well-liked Finance Director who has guided them through multiple years of growth.
This Finance Business Partner role will work directly for the Finance Director, with a dotted line to the Operations Director, who has an equally impressive background. The position is based at one of their Lancashire sites, which is the group's biggest financial contributor and the most complex.
The Finance Business Partner will partner with production, working closely with the site Operations Director, and providing a range of reporting analysis to support commercial decision-making across the wider business. Your role should have a positive direct impact throughout the business, driving performance to reduce costs and maximise margins.
Your financial insights may be linked to logistics, costs, stock, spend, customers, suppliers, projects, production efficiency, labour, waste, etc. With the role being new to the business, there are significant gains to be had, both short-term with the site you'll be focusing on and long-term with ongoing projects and additional sites.
