HR Leader for Tropicana Brands Group Europe

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda for the UK & Ireland business . This is an exciting role that combines business partnering with end-to-end accountability for HR across the region. Key accountabilities:

  • In partnership with the Europe HR Lead, define and lead the UK&I people agenda, including key initiatives that support the regional objectives
  • Act as a business partner to the UK&I General Manager and the regional leadership team
  • Own the overall delivery of HR for the region, including policies, payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, performance management, talent management, capability development etc
  • Partner effectively with our talent manager to ensure efficient and quality recruitment
  • Act as a respected and trustworthy partner to employees, with respect to issues including communication, management, performance and career development
  • Coach managers to deal with employees effectively through all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Process all employee relations matters including grievances, performance issues and disciplinaries in an appropriate manner with all processes in place
  • Own data integrity (HR systems, documents, org charts) for the UK & Ireland region
  • Engage with appropriate external stakeholders
  • As part of the Europe HR team, take ownership for one functional area across Europe
  • Manage the HR & Payroll Coordinator, providing guidance and support in the delivery of tasks and personal development

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the role of HR in unlocking organisational performance and have at least 8-10 years’ relevant experience. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills are a must. As part of an entrepreneurial culture, the ideal candidate will possess an ownership mindset and an ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. Comfort with ambiguity, a focus on agility, and strong people focus is a must. Being proficient in HR systems and having experience in payroll is required.

The position is based at our London office (in Farringdon).
