The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
You will be dealing with all aspects of face-to-face interaction with customers visiting our site. The successful candidate will be required to input data into our internal ordering system, deal with incoming telephone enquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient running of a busy office environment as well as be a friendly and welcoming face at the forefront of a fast paced, lively company.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct telephone calls and emails
- Prepare invoices and undertake receipting of payments
- Order processing via telephone, online dealer portal and e-mail
- Provide general support to visitors
- Other general administrative duties
- Deal with telephone calls and onsite visitors in a professional manner
- Produce weekly sales report for the site
- Must be PC literate and attention to detail is essential
- Be adaptable by using own initiative and exhibiting strong team player capabilities
- Good communication, organisational, and time management skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Aquatic / animal care experience advantageous but not essential
Full-time hours - Immediate start available and full training will be given to the successful candidate.
