We’re looking for a brilliantly organised, creatively driven Marketing Coordinator to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract (4 days per week) and help bring our campaigns to life in a way that truly connects with our community. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role at the heart of our marketing team, where you’ll be right in the middle of everything, from product launches and seasonal moments to Ambassador-led campaigns and brand initiatives that make an impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Support with the development and delivery of campaign assets tied to key dates, seasonal moments, and awareness events
  • Support with ad hoc marketing requests from internal stakeholders and Ambassadors
  • Assist in auditing marketing materials across internal platforms, identifying gaps and ensuring completeness and consistency
  • Maintain and update core marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Own updates required for existing product development marketing assets
  • Contribute to campaign planning and ideation by participating in brainstorming sessions and sharing creative input
  • Assist with Ambassador marketing initiatives across incentives and events, and help to keep the community engaged and motivated in relation to campaigns and product launches
  • Support project set-up and organisation, including creating templates, managing folder structures, and maintaining tracking documents across shared systems and project management tools, as well as reporting on campaign deliverables

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare, with experience working in a marketing or brand environment
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing, brand, or campaign coordination role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mindset, with confidence, contributing ideas and supporting the development of marketing assets

What We Offer

  • Employment Type: 6-month fixed-term contract, 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday, 9 am–5 pm)
  • Location: Tropic HQ is a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, with direct links to East Croydon and Wimbledon
  • Hybrid Working: Office and remote blend with a minimum of 3 days in the office
  • Salary: Starting from £28,000 (pro-rated)
