Tropic Skincare is seeking a Technical Perfumer & Fragrance Innovation Lead to shape Tropic's scent strategy across skincare, body care, hair care and wellbeing.
You will own fragrance development from concept to finished product, with our labs, chemists and UK manufacturing.
This role combines creative perfumery with rigorous technical and regulatory expertise, including IFRA standards, allergens and safety.
