As we enter an exciting new chapter, we’re launching a mobile spa therapy offering, unlocking in-person facial services that help our Ambassadors add a powerful new income stream to their businesses. This is a rare opportunity to shape a national commercial initiative at the intersection of beauty, wellness, entrepreneurship, and customer experience.

As we look ahead to future international expansion, this role will be instrumental in establishing mobile spa as a scalable, revenue-driving pillar of Tropic. We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded leader to drive the development, growth, and optimisation of Tropic’s mobile spa services. This is a pivotal role focused on commercial strategy, platform and service development, and ambassador enablement. You’ll be responsible for building a scalable service model that allows our ambassadors to successfully launch, market, and monetise Tropic facials, while delivering a premium customer experience.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Digital, Ambassador, Product, and Marketing teams to turn our mobile spa vision into a robust, high-performing business – with a clear roadmap for national growth and future international rollout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy & Service Design
    • Define and own the commercial framework for Tropic’s mobile spa services, including service propositions, pricing models, ambassador earning structures, and performance KPIs.
    • Develop a scalable business model that supports sustainable growth for both Tropic and our ambassadors.
    • Build a strategic roadmap for expanding mobile spa services nationally and, in time, internationally.
  • Platform & Operational Development
    • Partner with Digital & Technology teams to develop and optimise the tools and platforms that support mobile spa (booking, payments, customer management, ambassador performance insights).
    • Ensure that operational processes and digital journeys are seamless, ambassador-friendly, and commercially effective.
    • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey to ensure it is premium, consistent, and aligned with Tropic’s brand values.
  • Growth, Insights & Innovation
    • Use data, insight, and ambassador feedback to refine the service proposition, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve commercial performance.
    • Monitor market trends in beauty, wellness, and service-based business models to keep Tropic’s offering competitive and differentiated.
    • Work closely with Product Development to influence the creation of professional products, tools, and accessories that enhance the service experience and unlock new commercial opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Ambassador Enablement
    • Collaborate with Marketing to design launch campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and ongoing promotional activity for mobile spa services.
    • Partner with Ambassador Development and Education teams to ensure all training, content, and resources support commercial objectives and drive service uptake and quality.
    • Champion the mobile spa vision internally, aligning stakeholders and communicating progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in commercial strategy, business development, or service innovation, within beauty and wellness.
  • Strong track record of building or scaling service-based business models and improving commercial performance.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and tools, with an understanding of how technology can support bookings, payments, customer journeys, and performance tracking.
  • Highly analytical and insight-driven, able to interpret data, spot trends, and translate findings into clear strategic decisions and actions.
  • Exceptional collaborator, confident working cross-functionally with digital, marketing, product, and ambassador- or customer-facing teams.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage both internal stakeholders and external advocates (ambassadors).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, solutions-focused, and energised by building something new from the ground up.
  • Willing and able to travel nationwide as needed to support launches, gather insights, and stay close to the ambassador and customer experience.
