We create clean, minimal, perfectly fitted pieces designed to be worn every day, from city life to Mediterranean summers. Our focus is simple: premium quality, clean silhouettes, and zero unnecessary noise. Everything we do is built around an aspirational lifestyle defined by discipline, taste and attention to detail, and we’ve built a strong, growing customer base that resonates with that identity.
We’re now looking for someone to take full ownership of our product, from initial concept through to final delivery.
The role
You’ll be responsible for leading product across design and production. This means taking ideas from concept stage, developing them into finished products, and ensuring everything that reaches the customer meets a premium standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and developing collections in line with the Tropez aesthetic
- Sourcing high-quality fabrics and trims globally
- Managing relationships with manufacturers and overseeing production timelines
- Leading sampling, fittings, and product refinement
- Owning quality control and ensuring consistency across all products
Who we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of menswear, fits and premium materials
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and clear critical thinking skills
- Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of what sells
- Able to see product not just for what it is, but what it can become
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

- Is this remote? Flexible, but you’ll be expected to be hands-on with product and suppliers where needed, and will need to commute to our HQ when required.
