About the role
As our Wholesale Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Wholesale broadband product portfolio. Reporting to the Wholesale Director, you\’ll take ownership of product development, launch, and in-life management, ensuring everything we bring to market is not only commercially sound, but also aligned with our brand and values. This is a pivotal role in shaping Trooli’s Wholesale strategy, delivering market leading solutions and exceptional partner experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the Wholesale product roadmap, from concept through to delivery
- Lead market research to identify customer needs, spot opportunities and benchmark against competitors
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to bring products to market and manage supplier engagement
- Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned to commercial goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Produce clear, engaging product content in Trooli’s tone of voice
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation and specifications
- Deliver internal and Partner training on product features and value propositions
- Act as the key voice of the Wholesale customer, driving continuous product improvements
- Ensure in-life product performance meets expectations and manage ongoing partner feedback
Experience required
- Proven experience in product management within telecoms or broadband
- Background in launching and managing products for business customers
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align product strategy to financial goals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party suppliers
- Ability to manage product launches end-to-end, with strong project delivery skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience within a Wholesale or channel partner environment is a plus
- Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills
