About the role
We’re looking for a Stock Coordinator to join our busy Procurement and Logistics team. Based in our East Peckham warehouse Kent, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our field teams have the materials and equipment they need to deliver outstanding service to our customers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, managing goods in and out, and keeping the warehouse operating smoothly. This is a hands-on role where organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. Some travel may be required to support our other depots in Ipswich and Bracknell and this role may require driving a company van to assist with fleet.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain inventory levels and order new stock when required
- Load and unload vehicles and containers (using both handballing and forklift)
- Accurately record goods in and out, resolving discrepancies
- Keep up-to-date records of all warehouse inventories
- Track deliveries and provide regular progress updates
- Ensure general housekeeping standards are upheld across the warehouse
- Provide cover for colleagues at other depots when needed
Experience required
- Previous experience as a Stock Coordinator or in a similar warehouse/inventory role
- Good working knowledge of supply chain procedures and inventory audits
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A team player with a proactive, can-do approach
- Understanding of health and safety best practices in a warehouse environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook and Excel)
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Forklift licence (desirable – training can be provided if needed)
